Our journey through 2024 has been marked by extraordinary achievements that go beyond mere metrics. We’ve revolutionized our AI analysis tools, strengthened our support infrastructure, and forged lasting partnerships that have established Firmus as an indispensable ally in the construction industry.
Our track record speaks volumes – through our AI analysis of over 300 projects, we uncovered more than 80,000 design issues. Perhaps most notably, our Enterprise Plan has seen extraordinary growth, with subscriber numbers surging 350% as industry leaders increasingly put their trust in our solutions.
But our proudest achievement lies in the evolution of our partnerships. What began as individual collaborations has blossomed into standardized practices, with Firmus now serving as a trusted partner for leading general contractors, developers, and designers across North America. Our Customer Advisory Board has become an invaluable source of insights, directly shaping the future of our platform.
Charting New Territory in 2025
This year, we’re poised to demonstrate why the largest developers, designers, and builders across the country trust Firmus. We’re working to significantly expand the scope of our reviews to cover a wider range of risks and documents, while enhancing our platform with new integrations, collaboration features, and management tools.
To support this growth, we’re strengthening our sales and customer success teams, ensuring we maintain the exceptional communication and support standards our clients expect. Our expanded R&D and Support divisions will continue equipping users with cutting-edge tools for efficient, insightful preconstruction processes.
Three Themes for 2025

Contractors are adopting Firmus quickly and our users are asking for more features, checks across disciplines, and capability evolution that we intend to deliver. We’ve created a Customer Advisory Board (CAB) to enhance communications and feedback between our power users, leadership, and development teams. This board is providing amazing inputs into our innovation roadmap.

We’re expanding our support services with:
