Job Description
The Head of Product Management will lead our product team, driving strategy and overseeing the entire product lifecycle—from concept to launch. This role requires close collaboration with development, sales, marketing, and client teams to ensure that our products deliver real value and are effectively positioned in the construction tech market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a product strategy and roadmap grounded in a deep understanding of market and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders (Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, R&D) in an agile environment.
- Oversee all stages of the product lifecycle, including market research, requirements development, feature prioritization, and milestone planning.
- Evaluate product solutions using both qualitative and quantitative methods to drive impactful decisions.
- Analyze product performance metrics (KPIs) and implement improvements to enhance product effectiveness and impact.
Required Qualifications
- Product Experience: 7+ years as a Product Manager with a proven track record of delivering successful, high-impact products, including 3+ years leading B2B SaaS products, ideally within the construction industry.
- Leadership Experience: 3+ years leading Product and R&D teams and managing cross-functional processes.
- Ownership-Driven: Naturally entrepreneurial, self-driven, and highly motivated.
- User-Centric: Passionate about creating outstanding user experiences, with a keen attention to detail.
- Analytical: Skilled at using both qualitative insights and quantitative data for product decisions, including A/B testing, analytics tools, user interviews, surveys, and usability tests.
